Why does my store say "Sold Out"?

If the digital products on your Muse Store say SOLD OUT even though you do not have a Limit Quantity set for the digital products, then this means that you need to connect a payment processor in order to accept payments.

You can connect to Stripe, PayPal, or both in order to start selling on Muse. To connect a payment processor, follow the below steps below:

  1. Login to your Muse account
  2. Click on Settings in the bottom lefthand corner
  3. Click on Payment/ Currency Settings
  4. Click on Connect next to Stripe, or +Add PayPal and follow the next steps to connect your account.

Once your payment processor has been connected to your Muse account, the "SOLD OUT" verbiage should disappear and you can start selling digital products and services on Muse!
