Why is my account balance negative?

At times, Muse may need to collect funds from your connected Stripe express account:

    • To charge the connected account directly for products or services
    • To recover funds for a previous refund
    • To make other adjustments to connected account balances (for example, to correct an error)

It's also possible that your customer/s may have disputed a charge. When this happens, Stripe takes the funds from your account right away until the dispute has been settled.
