Sharing your Muse site

Sharing your Muse site with others is essential for collaboration, feedback, and reaching your audience. Muse provides various sharing options to suit your needs:


Public Sharing Options

Accessible to everyone on the internet

  1. Navigate to your site’s dashboard and click on "Settings."
  2. Select "Visibility" and choose "Public."
  3. Sharing the link:
    • Copy the URL of your published site.
    • Share the link via email, social media, or any other platform to reach your audience.

Unlisted Sharing Options

Only visible to people who have the link

  1. Go to your site’s dashboard and click on "Settings."
    • Select "Visibility" and choose "Unlisted."
  1. Copy the URL of your unlisted site.
  2. Share the link privately with those you want to have access

Private Sharing Options

Visible only to you and users you explicitly give access to

  1. Navigate to your site’s dashboard and click on "Settings."
    • Select "Visibility" and choose "Private."
  1. Add users for private access:
    • Click on the "Sharing" icon (2-person icon) at the top of the page.
    • Enter the email addresses of the individuals you want to grant access.
    • Assign them roles as Viewers or Editors.
    • Click "Send Invitation."
  1. Manage private access:
    • You can manage who has access to your private site by returning to the "Sharing" settings.
    • Add or remove users as needed to control who can view or edit your site.
