Setting up Contact Forms

To set up a contact form on your Muse site, make sure that you have an active Muse Premium subscription and follow these steps:

1. Click on "Add Block":
   • While editing an existing site, click on "Add Block" on the bottom left corner to access different block options.

2. Select "Contact Form" from Website Blocks:
   • Under the website blocks in the navigation, click on "Contact Form."

3. Customize Your Form:
   • Customize your form title and button text.
   • You can also change the icon beside your contact form title.

4. Customize Placeholder Texts and Field Settings:
   • Customize the placeholder texts for each field in the contact form.
   • You can also choose to make fields required or optional.

5. Resize the Block:
   • Just like other blocks, you can choose to resize this block as you wish.

Once your contact form is set up and customized to your liking, it will be a powerful tool for gathering feedback, inquiries, and other important communications from your site visitors.
